SHIPPING
Orders ship Monday–Friday.
Most orders process within 1–3 business days, then arrive within 2–5 business days via standard ground service.
During U.S. holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders with incomplete or invalid payment information may also be delayed.
Free Standard U.S. Shipping on orders $80+ (Subtotal after discounts and rewards are applied.)
Flat rate $15 for orders under $80. If a discount brings your subtotal below $80, the flat rate will apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
RETURNS
At Hoomans + Paws, we want you and your furry sidekick to love your new gear. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the item is unused, in new and original condition, and not damaged.
Because pet travel products are used closely and personally, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened and used. Once used, they can’t be safely restocked for another pet family.
WARRANTY & SAFETY
Hoomans + Paws products are backed by a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by pets, accidents, misuse, alterations, or normal wear and tear over time.
This warranty applies only to products sold and used within the United States and is valid in the United States only.
