Shipping Rates

Free Standard Ground Shipping on All Orders within the 48 contiguous states.*

We currently offer Standard Ground Shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • U.S. Territories

  • P.O. Boxes

  • International addresses


Order Processing

Before you hit “place order,” please double-check your shipping address. Once an order is submitted, we have limited ability to make changes.

Orders ship Monday–Friday.
Most orders process within 1–3 business days, then arrive within 2–5 business days via standard ground service.

During U.S. holidays, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. Orders with incomplete or invalid payment information may also be delayed.


Carriers

Orders ship via a trusted ground carrier selected by our store.


Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Need to correct your address?
Email info@hoomansandpaws.com immediately with your order number and the correct address.

If you’ve already received a shipping confirmation, we’re unable to make changes.


Address Errors & Return to Sender

Packages returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded once received back at our facility.

Shipping addresses are processed exactly as entered at checkout, so please review carefully before placing your order.


Delivery Issues

If your shipment is delayed or held, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for the fastest resolution.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, contact your local carrier first. Some packages are scanned early or held for pickup for several business days.

Lost or Stolen Shipments:
Please file a claim directly with the carrier. Hoomans + Paws does not assume responsibility for packages without proof of carrier mis-delivery. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the carrier confirms non-delivery.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info@hoomansandpaws.com.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item name

  • Clear photos of the damage

We’ll take care of you as quickly as possible.
