All Hoomans + Paws products are intended to be used under the supervision of a responsible adult. Pets should not be left unattended while using any of our products. Improper use or lack of supervision may result in injury, damage, or other unintended outcomes. We recommend routinely checking products for signs of wear, loose components, or damage, and discontinuing use immediately if any issues are found.

Intended Purpose

Our products are designed exclusively for use by pets unless specifically stated otherwise. They are not intended for infants, toddlers, or children. Using our products outside of their intended purpose may create safety hazards and may void any applicable warranties.

Airline Compatibility Notice

Items described as airline-compatible are designed to meet the general in-cabin size requirements of many major airlines. However, airline regulations can differ depending on the carrier, aircraft, route, and specific circumstances. Customers are responsible for confirming current pet travel policies directly with their airline prior to departure. Final approval of any pet carrier rests solely with the airline at check-in.

Vehicle Travel & Crash Testing

Hoomans + Paws products have not been evaluated or certified for crash protection or use as automotive safety restraints. When used inside a vehicle, all responsibility rests with the pet owner. We strongly encourage pet owners to take appropriate additional safety measures to help protect their pets during car travel.
