At Hoomans + Paws, we want both you and your furry sidekick to love your new gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery when:
- The item is unused and in new, original condition.
- The product is not damaged.
Because pet travel products are used closely and personally, we’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened and used. Once used, they can’t be safely restocked for another pet family.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email info@hoomansandpaws.com within 10 days of receipt.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
Once we review your case, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email info@hoomansandpaws with your order number.
We’ll send you a return authorization along with return instructions and the correct return address.
- Return shipping: Hoomans+Paws does not cover return shipping costs or services. Please choose your preferred carrier and keep the tracking number.

Refunds: A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
